Mr. B.K. Singh is the Founder and Chairman of SCME Group, with over three decades of experience in the Ferro Alloys and industrial engineering sector. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, he founded M/s. Singh Construction Company in 1992, which later evolved into SCME Projects Pvt. Ltd. in 2012, laying the foundation for a diversified engineering and industrial services group.
Under his visionary leadership, SCME Group has grown into a leading provider of EPC, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and turnkey engineering solutions for the Ferro Alloys industry across India and the Sultanate of Oman. His technical expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence have driven the successful execution of numerous large-scale industrial projects.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh (Director )
Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh serves as Director of SCME Group and brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in the fabrication, erection, and execution of Ferro Alloys plants, along with a wide range of heavy industrial and mechanical engineering projects. His expertise spans project planning, site execution, resource management, and quality control, enabling the successful delivery of complex industrial assignments.
As a key member of the SCME Group leadership team, Mr. Singh has played a vital role in the company's growth and operational excellence. He is responsible for overseeing the administrative, commercial, and organizational functions of the Group, ensuring efficient coordination across projects and maintaining high standards of operational performance.
Mr. Mukesh Singh (Director )
Mr. Mukesh Singh is the Director of SCME Group, with over 20 years of experience in the Ferro Alloys and heavy industrial engineering sector. A Science graduate with extensive expertise in mechanical engineering, he has successfully led the execution of greenfield, brownfield, furnace revamping, shutdown, expansion, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
He possesses strong technical expertise in Submerged Arc Furnaces (SAF), mechanical fabrication, structural erection, equipment installation, piping, plant commissioning, preventive maintenance, and project management. He oversees multi-location project execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, timely delivery, and operational excellence.
Mr. Singh also plays a key role in technical planning, business development, and client relationship management, contributing to SCME Group's growth across India and the Sultanate of Oman. His technical leadership and execution capabilities continue to strengthen SCME Group's position as a trusted provider of EPC, Plant Construction, and O&M solutions for the global Ferro Alloys industry.
Mr. Amitesh Singh (Director )
Mr. Amitesh Singh is the Director of SCME Group and brings over 15 years of experience in the Ferro Alloys industry, with expertise in techno-commercial management, business development, IT, recruitment staffing , and corporate strategy. An MBA by qualification, he combines strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge to drive operational excellence and business growth.
He oversees techno-commercial operations, contract management, procurement, budgeting, business development, digital transformation, and talent acquisition. His expertise in commercial negotiations, project costing, financial planning, and process optimization has strengthened SCME Group's operational efficiency, profitability, and client relationships.
